Training Our Youth

Our Mobile Food Truck was developed to help young people gain some experience in the hospitality industry.

We offer a 4 week course that is designed to give young people some a taste of working with food. Participants will receive an acknowledgement certificate on completion as well as a formal certificate in ‘Food and Beverage Handling’
